Stephen Trusheim

Stephen is the Commissioner of the 2035 Worlds’ Fair, San Francisco, a global effort to host the kind of World’s Fair we only read about in history textbooks.
He is also a Partner at SignalFire, the first AI-powered venture capital firm, which he helped build from $0 to $3 billion in AUM. Previously, as Head of Operations, he created and managed the back office of the SEC-Registered Investment Adviser, overseeing 35 funds and 650 investments.
An entrepreneur at heart, Stephen was previously the cofounder & CEO of Tome, the world’s first reliable LLM-powered commercial legal service (acquired by AngelList.) He has a decade of experience as an engineer, investor, and technology leader, spanning from small bioinformatics startups to iconic technology companies.
Stephen holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science (AI) from Stanford University, where he graduated with the Outstanding Achievement Award and the James W. Lyons Award for Service. He has been named Forbes “30 Under 30” and is the namesake of asteroid 25483 Trusheim — awarded for winning first place at the International Science and Engineering Fair.
